Deposit Policy:

Our Prices are to be used as a guideline and may change due to extra product or a lengthier processing time.

Booking deposit policy: 

Deposits are required to secure a booking. Please contact us if you did not receive a deposit link and we will resend it.

Re- do Policy:

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete a service to a satisfactory outcome, please email us on hairstudionz@gmail.com within 72 hours after your appointment so we can rectify your issue. A stylist will have a look at your hair in person. Our first choice will be a re-do of the hair - in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees act.

-If you have dark/ coloured hair and want to go blonde/ light, and it's not blonde/light enough this will not be considered eligible for a re-do or refund.
-Colours fading due to improper home care or a change of mind such as going from blonde to brunette, will not be accepted for a re-do/ refund.
 

Cancellation Policy:


Please note all cancellations and rescheduling will have to be done at least 48 hours before an appointment. If a client cancels in less than 24 hours before an appointment or is a no show, the deposit will be forfeited, and the next appointment will have to be paid in full before another booking can be made.

Rescheduling of appointments can be done if you let us know 48 hours ahead of your appointment.

 

Cancellations & rescheduling appointments that have been done prior to 48 hours cannot be refunded, but will be kept as credit towards a future appointment.

 

If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do contact us on our mobile number 0212210813 and a hairstylist will advise on the available times for rescheduling. If you cannot get hold of the salon when phoning, please text or leave a voicemail and a hairstylist will be in touch.
